Online purchases cannot be exchanged, we only accept authorized returns

 

  • All Discounted Items are Final Sale
  • Please note that all costs associated with returns are at the responsibility of the customer unless an online order arrived damaged or incorrect, In which case shipping costs will be covered.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded with your return.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time.

  • In Store returns will be accepted
  • We do not provide return slips, Please obtain a tracking number with mailed returns as we cannot verify a return without it.

In-Store Purchases

Shipping

  • Order processing can take between 1 -3 business days (Monday - Friday)
  • Shipping methods available are Regular Parcel (3 business days), Priority ( 2 business days), Expedited (2 to 3 business days), Express Post (2 Business Days), or Pick up In Store
